Nobu! Looking at the London menu, these are the dishes I'd like to try:
Appetisers:
Wagyu tartar with caviar £25.75
Lobster ceviche £16.25
Salads:
Field Greens with Matsuhisa Dressing £6
Lobster Salad with Spicy Lemon Dressing £21.25
Special dishes:
Lobster Tempura with Creamy Wasabi £33.25
Plus of course the sushi/sashimi, etc.
washed down with lashings of champagne! :D
Would also like to try the Fat Duck one day (at....gulp! £180 per person!!!)
And...Nahm in London, David Thompson's Thai restaurant (Michelin starred!)
Specific foods I've never tried but would like to:
Caviar (probably not like it, but would like to try!)
truffles! (see what all the fuss is about!)
real Kobe beef (not just wagyu)
